2. Products & Custom Orders

SLIPAL specializes in personalized merchandise made to order, including custom names, team names, and designs.

Because of the custom nature of our products:

  • Please review all product details carefully before purchasing

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions

  • Final products may show minor variations as part of the production process

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Payments are securely processed via PayPal or other supported payment providers

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

    • Pricing errors

    • Technical issues

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is canceled, any payment made will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and include production time + shipping time.

SLIPAL is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are accepted only within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect compared to the order

Proof is required, including clear photos and/or video evidence.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference or change of mind

  • Errors in custom or personalization information provided by the customer

  • Delays or interruptions beyond our control
